Peter practices in a wide range of technologies including mechanical devices and electronic hardware and software. Passionately curious, he is able ask the right questions and get up to speed quickly. During law school, Peter gained valuable patent law experience at a major healthcare and pharmaceutical company. He has since represented several Fortune 500 companies in the medical device industry in connection with an array of innovations. With a biomedical engineering background, Peter enjoys practicing at the fascinating intersection of law, engineering, and medicine.
Ellen began her career at the intellectual property boutique of Darby & Darby in New York, and later moved to Silicon Valley. For over a decade, Ellen has gained tremendous experience in the IP field and is able to give clients the clarity they seek.
Ellen has a broad skill set that includes an array of computer technologies. She has worked on inventions spanning numerous industries, including database systems, cybersecurity, robotics, autonomous vehicles, data compression, hardware architecture, image processing, networking, manufacturing processes, and much more.
